Configure Logistics Folder

Logistics Task Folder Configuration #

Creating a new logistics task folder.

Select the “Logistics Task Folders” view in the “Warehouse and Logistics Master Data” work center.

Once you click in the “Logistics Task Folders” view you should see the following screen.

You should see the following screen. Enter the Following:

  • Task Folder ID.
  • Task Folder Description.
  • Task type: Option 2 (2 – Warehouse Task).
  • Default Sort Rule: Status, Latest Start Date, Priority, Latest Start Time.
  • Site ID

Select the correct “Site ID”

Once you have entered all the required information, click the “Save and Close” button.

Make sure that all folders are visible in the selection option on the top left-hand side and choose the task folder that was just created. Click on the “Edit” button.

You should the following screen.

Select the “Registration” to continue.

Within the “Registration” tab click “Add Row” to assign an employee to the desired task folder. 

Select the employee

Once the correct employee has been selected, you should be able to see the employee is now assigned to the task folder.  Click on “Save” to save the changes.

You should now see the registered employee name in the selected folder.
